Industry Standard Features
Half size PCIe card
32 and 64 bit operation supported
Single lane (PCIeBPMC) and 4 lane capable (X1 version) X1: Choose 1, 2, 3 or 4 lanes to operate
Transparent installation – No user set-up required
PCI (25, 33, 50, 66 MHz) or PCI-X (50, 66, 100, 133 MHz) clock
Industrial operating temperature
PMC IEEE 1386 & PCIe, PCI, PCI-X specification compliant
Available with Standard (non-ROHS) and ROHS processing
PCIeBPMC/X1 Features- How Long Does Your Project Need to Last?
Faster, lower powered, higher MTBF, and less complex power supply requirements than the competition
IO accessible via both the front and rear of the card
Front Bezel IO supported through the PCIe bracket, Jn4 user IO supported through the SCSI II connector
Routing from Pn4 to SCSI II connector done as matched length differential pairs with 100 Ω differential impedance: suitable for single ended and differential requirements
Cooling: Unique Dual cut-outs increase airflow and allow installation of up to two zero-slot© fans
Provide essential cooling while maintaining single slot clearance (save your slots for required hardware!)
Fans can be positioned forward and reverse, optimizing cooling in both directions – no need for additional hardware or slot usage in your system
Power: 3.3V, 5V, -12V power regulated from +12V rail Included on-board 5V & 3.3V power supplies generate inrush of 10A and maintain 8A each while the -12V supplies 1A+ for PMC needs
Plug-n-Play Power Solution: secondary auxiliary power introduced through discrete wire (“OT”) or HDD connectors, available for applications requiring 64W+ total power consumption – an option not supplied by most PCIe bridge cards
Design: High Quality Components
Significantly higher performance via Tundra Tsi384 Chip than commonly used PLX counterpart Only tantalum caps in power supply design (No electrolytic caps that dry out and fail with use)
Integrity within PCB: proper combinations of copper weights and widths for power supplies
LEDs indicate not only Lane status but also voltage and PMC recognized – increases ease of use
Solid mechanical design for multiple insertions
