Espial today announced that Ciaolab has selected the Espial EscapeTM browser for its TV-centric residential communication gateway and multimedia system platform, Home Station. Espial EscapeTM offers audio and video applications, as well as web and interactive services.
Following extensive benchmark testing, by Ciaolab, Espial EscapeTM outperformed its competitors. Escape was chosen for its TV functionality, and because it is a 100% Java browser which integrates easily with Ciaolab’s existing applications, enabling service providers and consumers to access services easily without the worry of incompatibility
