| Applied Microsystems (Nasdaq: APMC) today announced full emulation support for Motorola's 68302 microprocessor. Continuing to drive down the price/performance of full-featured emulators by packing power into a small package, the SuperTAP 68302 is the latest in a continuing series of SuperTAPs costing less than one-third to one-half of competitive products. Without removing any key features, Applied has shrunk full-scale emulation to roughly one-tenth the size and weight of typical chassis-based emulators. SuperTAP 68302 measures just 8-1/2 inches long by 4 inches wide.
